The matches will be played in the different stadiums of UAE namely - Dubai International Stadium (Dubai), Zayed Cricket Stadium (Abu Dhabi) and Sharjah Cricket Stadium (Sharjah). Due to the critical COVID- 19 situation in the country, IPL 2021 was put on hold. Before being paused, 29 matches of the Indian Premier League 2021 edition were played.
