If you’ve grown up in India, you’ve probably been raised on Maggi. It is a snack that is so simple and straightforward yet there are infinite versions of it which you can prepare with almost zero efforts. Let’s look at some of these different maggi recipes!
1. Tadka Masala Maggi
Serving Maggi the desi way!
Ingredients:
Maggi Noodles - 1 pack
Ghee - 1 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
Onion - ¼ cup (chopped)
Green Chilli - 1 Tsp (Chopped)
Dry Red Chilli - 1
Ginger Garlic Paste - ½ Tsp
Tomato - ¼ cup (chopped)
Lemon Juice - 1 Tsp
Coriander 1 Tbsp (chopped)
How to prepare?
In a pan, heat some ghee.
Once the ghee is hot enough, add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
Add onion and green chilli and fry for a minute.
Now add garlic paste and tomato and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the Maggi Noodles and the Maggi Masala (taste maker).
Now add 1 cup water and cook until Maggi is done.
Garnish with lemon juice and coriander as per taste.

2. Cheese and Egg Maggi
One of the simplest modified Maggi recipes ever!
Ingredients:
Maggi Noodles - 1 pack
Egg - 1
Cheese - ½ cup (grated)
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
How to prepare?
In a pan, boil 1 ½ cups water and Maggi Noodles and taste maker to it.
Let it simmer for a few minutes.
Until the Maggi is getting cooked, beat an egg until it's frothy. Add some salt to taste.
Once the Maggi is cooked, add beated egg to it.
Cook until the egg is done and scrambled.
Top is with cheese and mix.

3. Chilli Cheese Maggi
Magic served hot in a bowl.
Ingredients:
Maggi - 1 pack
Vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
Onion - ¼ cup (chopped)
Green Chilli - 2 Tbsp (chopped)
Peas - ¼ cup
Carrot - ¼ cup (chopped)
Processed cheese - ½ cup (grated)
Coriander - 1 Tbsp (chopped)
How to prepare?
In a pan, heat vegetable oil
Add green chilli and onion and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Now add peas, carrot, cheese, Maggi Noodles and the taste maker along with 1 cup water.
Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Keep stirring and cooking for another minute.
Once done, garnish with coriander.

4. Chinese Maggi
This will leave you with the taste of those street noodles.
Ingredients:
Maggi Noodles - 1 pack
Vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
Garlic cloves - 2 (chopped)
Ginger - ½ (julienned)
Spring onions (white part) - 1 Tbsp
Carrots - ¼ cup (sliced)
Spring onions (green part) - ¼ cup (chopped)
Capsicum - ¼ (sliced)
Soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
Tomato ketchup - 1 Tbsp
How to prepare?
In a pan, cook Maggi Noodles as per the instructions on the pack but without the taste maker. Drain the excess water.
In another pain, heat the oil and add ginger and garlic to it. Saute the mixture on high flame for a minute.
Now add spring onions, carrots, and capsicum and stir fry for a minute.
Then add soy sauce and ketchup.
Now add the cooked Maggi Noodles to the veggies and toss well.
Cook for a minute and serve.

5. Italian Maggi
Maggi served with a sweet and tangy Italian twist to it.
Ingredients:
Maggi Noodles - 1 pack
Olive oil - 1 Tbsp
Garlic - 1 Tsp (chopped)
Onion - ¼ cup (chopped)
Mushroom - 2 or 3 (chopped into big pieces)
Pasta sauce - 1 Tbsp
Oregano - 1 Tsp
Parmesan cheese - 1 Tsp (grated)
How to prepare?
In a pan, heat olive oil.
Once the oil is hot enough, add the garlic and onion and fry for a few seconds.
Add mushroom and fry for 2 minutes.
Now add the pasta sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
Add oregano and Maggi Noodles and the taste maker along with 1 cup of water.
Keep cooking until the Maggi is done.
Garnish with grated parmesan cheese.
