The lead and supporting actors are often at the center of the limelight and we end up missing out on the short cameos by various other actors and directors. One might have watched a movie 100s of times but still wouldn’t notice these small cameos by popular actors and directors of today.

1. Nawazuddin Siddiqui - Munna Bhai M.B.B.S (2003)

Before Nawazuddin made his debut with Patang (2012), he kept working in short bits. Siddiqui appeared in Munna Bhai M.B.B.S in a very short role as a pickpocketer. The role was very brief and hence went unnoticed.

Being the good friends they are, Karan Johar and Farah Khan made a cameo in Kal Ho Na Ho together. They’re sitting in Jenny’s restaurant during their screen-time. Was this planned or only due to a lack of extras is anybody’s guess.
