Milind Soman, the moment we take his name, you already know we’re talking about fitness. He is the only person that comes to our mind when we think of fitness. We’d rather say he’s our greatest inspiration. At the age of 53, how he manages to be so fit, giving us all some real fitness goals. He then in 2007 went to complete ‘Florida’s 3-day Ultra Endurance Event’ in the 517.5km race. In this event, participants swim for 10km, ride a bike for 148km and again a bike ride of 276km and run for 84km. Guess what? Milind finished all of this in only 34 hours and 46 mins

Milind believes that you don’t need a gym to become healthy. Its just a regime that people follow to stay fit and do bodybuilding
