For this reason, we bring to you these easy overnight breakfast recipes for a quick and nutritious breakfast in the morning that you can freeze ahead breakfast recipes.
1. Overnight Oats with Blueberries
One of the most healthy and yummy breakfast recipes of all time!
Ingredients:
Rolled oats - ½ cup
Salt - a pinch
Blueberries - ½ cup
Chia Seeds - 1 Tbsp
Milk - 120 ml ~ ½ cup
Greek yogurt - 70 gms ~ ¼ cup
Maple syrup - 1-2 Tsp
How to prepare?
In a bowl, put the oats and salt, and the rest of the ingredients.
Mix them well.
Now pour the mixture in a jar or glass.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
While serving it in the morning top it with a few blueberries and chopped almonds or pistachios.

2. Overnight Oats with Chocolate and Banana
Ingredients:
Banana - ½ piece
Rolled oats - ½ cup
Chia seeds - 1 Tbsp
Cocoa powder - 1 Tbsp
Salt - a pinch
Greek yogurt - 70 gms ~ ¼ cup
Milk - 120 ml ~ ½ cup
Maple syrup - 1-2 Tbsp
How to prepare?
In a bowl, mash the banana.
Now add the oats, salt, and other ingredients into the bowl.
Mix them well.

Honey/Maple syrup - 1-2 Tbsp
