Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and skipping it can have an impact on our health and immunity in the long run. Despite this, many people skip it because they simply don’t have enough time in the morning to prepare a wholesome meal. For this reason, we bring to you these easy overnight breakfast recipes for a quick and nutritious breakfast in the morning that you can freeze ahead breakfast recipes.

1. Overnight Oats with Blueberries

One of the most healthy and yummy breakfast recipes of all time!

Ingredients:

Rolled oats - ½ cup
Salt - a pinch
Blueberries - ½ cup 
Chia Seeds - 1 Tbsp
Milk - 120 ml ~ ½ cup
Greek yogurt - 70 gms ~ ¼ cup
Maple syrup - 1-2 Tsp

How to prepare?

In a bowl, put the oats and salt, and the rest of the ingredients.
Mix them well.
Now pour the mixture in a jar or glass.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
While serving it in the morning top it with a few blueberries and chopped almonds or pistachios.

2. Overnight Oats with Chocolate and Banana

Ingredients

Banana - ½ piece
Rolled oats - ½ cup 
Chia seeds - 1 Tbsp
Cocoa powder - 1 Tbsp
Salt - a pinch
Greek yogurt - 70 gms ~ ¼ cup
Milk - 120 ml ~ ½ cup
Maple syrup - 1-2 Tbsp

How to prepare?

In a bowl, mash the banana.
Now add the oats, salt, and other ingredients into the bowl.
Mix them well.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
While serving it in the morning top it with a few banana slices and choco chips.

3. Overnight Oats with Apple

Ingredients:

Apple - ½ piece (grated)
Rolled oats - ½ cup
Chia seeds - 1 Tbsp
Salt - a pinch
Greek yogurt - 70 gms ~ ¼ cup
Milk - 120 ml ~ ½ cup
Honey/Maple syrup - 1-2 Tbsp
Cinnamon - ½ Tbsp

How to prepare?

In a bowl, add the slices of apple.
Now add the oats and salt along with remaining ingredients.
Mix them well.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
While serving it in the morning top it with a few slices of apple and a few pieces of walnut.

4. Orange Smoothie

 

Smoothies are the perfect breakfast recipe, they’re quick and easy-to-make and rich in nutrients. Still, this is no reason to skip on eating fruits throughout the day.

 

Ingredients:

Orange juice - ¼ cup
Vanilla greek yogurt - ½ cup
Orange - 1 piece (peeled and frozen)
Peach - ½ piece (peeled and diced)
Carrot - 1 piece (grated)

How to prepare?

You can prepare the fruits by dicing or grating them and storing them in separate containers before going to sleep.
The next morning just add everything in the blender and blend.
Make sure you add the yogurt and orange juice before the other fruits so as make the blending process smoother.
Try not to water down your smoothie by adding ice in the blender.
Serve chilled.

Ingredients:

Milk - ¼ cup

Raspberries - ½ cup (frozen)
Strawberries - ½ cup (frozen)
Watermelon - ½ cup (frozen)

How to prepare?

Ingredients:

Bananas - 3 pieces (sliced)
Strawberries - 350 grams (chopped)
Raspberries - 350 grams
Maple syrup - 1 Tbsp
Lime juice - 3 Tbsp

How to prepare?

In a bowl, add all the fruits, 
In a separate bowl, mix maple syrup and lime juice. Your dressing is ready.
Add dressing as per taste to the fruits and mix well.

Strawberries - 350 grams (chopped)
Mangoes - 2 pieces (chopped)

Lime juice - 3 Tbsp
