- Cream - 3 cups

- Start making mango ice cream by mixing the custard in ¼ cup of milk and keep it aside.
- Heat the rest of the milk and sugar together. Let the sugar dissolve and let the mixture come to a boil.
- When it boils, add the custard mixture and bring it to a boil again, simmer for half a minute, turn off the heat and cool to room temperature.
- Add mango puree, mango pieces, cream and vanilla. Mix well and transfer in a container with a tight lid.

- Water - ½ cup
- Butter - 100 gms, unsalted and melted
- To prepare a no-bake mango cheesecake, take Marie biscuits and crumble them using a food processor. Add melted butter and pulse the mixture again until it comes together. Then take a springform pan lined with aluminium foil and press the buttered biscuit mixture over it. Keep it in a refrigerator for a while until the mixture settles down.
- Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, fresh cream and sugar. Whisk until all the ingredients are combined well together. Keep the cream cheese mixture aside.
- Next, add agar-agar and mango puree to the hot water and stir until properly mixed. Divide this mixture into 2 equal parts. The first part is to be kept aside for later use, while the other half of this mixture is to be poured over the cream cheese mixture. Stir well until nicely blended.
