  • Frozen Vegetables / Cooked Vegetables - ½ cup
  • Egg - 1
  • Coriander Leaves - A handful, finely chopped
  • Ginger and Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp


  1. To make the Egg Maggi recipe, firstly, heat oil in a kadhai on medium heat. Once the oil is hot enough, add in the green chilli and onions, saute till it's translucent in colour.
  2. Next, add in the tomatoes followed by ginger-garlic paste and the Maggi masala. Then add in the red chilli powder and saute it well. Now, add in the cooked veggies or frozen veggies and saute well.
  3. Once the veggies are cooked well, move them to the side and add in one beaten egg. Scramble it and mix well.

  • Water - 300 ml

  1. To make Maggi Manchurian, firstly, boil 2 packs of Maggi. Once done, strain it and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
  2. Next, add chopped onion, some spring onion, 2 tbsp cornflour, red chilli powder, salt, 1 tbsp schezwan chutney, mix all the ingredients well & make a dough.
  3. Take one packet of Maggi and crush it thoroughly.
  4. Now, Take some Maggi mixture in your hands and shape it into a ball & coat it with a crushed Maggi.
  5. Next, Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these balls on a medium flame until golden brown.
