  • Onion - 2, finely chopped

  • Green Chilli - 3, finely chopped
  • Capsicum - 1, finely chopped
  • Ginger - 2 inches, finely chopped
  • Coriander Leaves - ½ cup, finely chopped
  • Curry Leaves - 2 to 3
  • Vegetable Oil or Ghee - 2 tbsp
  • Jeera - 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
  • Pav Bhaji Masala - As required
  • Asafoetida [Hing] - A pinch
  • Salt - As required
  • Butter - 2 tbsp


Instructions:

  1. To make one of the best low carb diet recipes, whisk the eggs using a spoon in a large bowl and keep them aside.
  2. In a pan, heat oil or ghee. Once heated, add jeera, onions, hing, green chillies, curry leaves, capsicum and ginger. Saute for approximately 3 to 4 minutes.

  • Ghee - 6 tbsp
  • Onion - 1, chopped
  • Garlic Cloves - 4, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tbsp, minced

  • Turmeric - 1 tsp
  • Paprika - 1 tsp
  • Kosher Salt - 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder - ½ tsp
  • Cumin Powder - ½ tsp
  • Cayenne Pepper - ¼ tsp
  • Chicken Stock - ⅓ cup, low-sodium
  • Tomato - 2, diced
  • Chicken Thighs - 1 kg, boneless
  • Tomato Paste - 4 tbsp
  • Heavy Cream - ⅔ cup
  • Honey - 1 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves - ¼ cup, finely chopped

Instructions:

 

  1. To make this Instant Pot Butter Chicken recipe, put 3 tbsp of the ghee or butter in the Instant Pot and choose the sauté setting. When the ghee is hot enough, add the onions. Cook, stirring frequently until the onion is softened. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute longer.
  2. Next, add the garam masala, turmeric, paprika, kosher salt, coriander, cumin, and cayenne pepper; cook for 1 minute longer. Cancel the sauté setting.
  3. Add the chicken stock, then the tomatoes. Layer the boneless chicken thighs on the tomato layer; do not stir.
  4. Lock the lid in place and turn the venting knob to the sealing position. Choose the manual setting, high pressure and set it for 10 minutes. When the time is up, let the pressure release naturally for 15 minutes. Carefully release the remaining pressure and remove the Instant Pot lid.
  5. Place the chicken thighs from the Instant Pot on a cutting board and set it aside.
