Ingredients:

  • Fresh lime juice
  • Honey simple syrup

  • Sparkling water

    How to prepare?
     
  • In a glass, place mint leaves and lime juice.
  • Using the handle of a wooden spoon, muddle (squish) the mint leaves in the glass so as to release the flavours and oils of the mint.
  • Now add the honey syrup and sparkling water.
  • Garnish with lime slices and a sprig of mint.

Ingredients:

  • Raspberries - 3-4 nos.
  • Mint leaves - 5-6 nos.
  • Simple Syrup - 2 tbsp
  • Raspberry or cran-raspberry juice - ¼ cup
  • Fresh lime juice - 2 tbsp
  • Large lime - ½ no.
  • Soda
  • Ice

How to prepare?

  • In a glass, add raspberries, mint leaves, and simple syrup.
  • Now muddle (squish) the raspberries and mint leaves until everything is well combined.
  • Fill the glass with ice
  • Now add raspberry juice, lime juice, and soda.

  • Lemon wedges - 4-5 nos.
  • Mango juice

    How to prepare?
     
  • In a glass, add 2-3 mint leaves, half a Tsp of salt, lemon wedge.

Club soda - 50 ml
