2. Hindi Medium
Hindi Medium is a film that gave audience a very strong message. It portrayed the basic problem of parents in our country i.e admission of kids in schools. The film shows how a couple from Chandni Chowk who aspires to give their daughter the best education ends up living an elite life themselves. Irrfan Khan was appreciated a lot for his performance in the film.

3. The LunchBox
The LunchBox, starring Irrfan Khan, is one of the most recognised films in the history of Bollywood movies. The film portrays the story of an older man in the dusk of his life, who connects through notes in a lunchbox with a young housewife, through a mistaken delivery in Mumbai’s famously efficient lunchbox delivery system.

4. Paan Singh Tomar
Paan Singh Tomar is a movie based on the true story of the athlete Paan Singh, who somehow becomes one of the most feared dacoits in Chambal Valley after his retirement. This one is also one of the best Irrfan Khan movies and a super hit at the box office.

5. Talvar
Talvar is a Bollywood drama movie based on the 2008 Noida double murder case, in which a teenage girl, Aarushi Talvar and her family servant, Hemraj Banjade were found murdered, and the parents are convicted for the murders. Irrfan Khan, played the role of an investigating officer in the murder mystery drama. The film claimed a lot of praise from the critics as well as the audience.

6. Piku
Piku, the film directed by Shoojit Sircar is a quirky comedy about the relationship between a daughter and her aging father, whose eccentricities drive everyone crazy. Irrfan Khan, who played a supporting role did full justice tot his role in the film which is recognised till date.

7. Life In A Metro
Life in a…Metro is a Indian drama film directed by Anurag Basu, set in Mumbai Metro featuring an ensemble cast of  about 9 actors and 6 love stories. The film deals with sensitive topics like marriage, extramarital affairs and love. The film gained a lot of critical acclaim for its story and screenplay.
