  1. Recharged my account no. 1016207258 on 25/04/18 with Rs. 500 but still unable to view any channels. Asking me to recharge. Pl. resolve & compensate accordingly

    ID;1262523949;I have taken a tata sky HD connection for my TV on 29th
    Jan 2018 for Rs.1600 odd but paid only Rs 1365.It was told to me that
    you will enjoy free VIEWING for one month,but after some days I received
    SMS for recharge by 24.2.2018,and on enquriy it was intimated that you
    deposite Rs.2640 for ten months and you will view your TV for one year
    and in compliance I paid Rs.2640 on 21.2.2018 but alas my account show
    next date of recharging as 1st Jan2019 when it should be around ending
    Feb.2019.Please correct my account on the TN channel.The SMS made on my
    registered telephone also show next recharge date 1st Jan.2019.I
    deposited money after getting confirmation through SMS sender BW-366000
    and also ringing No;18602086633 on 21.2.2018 (12.07PM). Further Channel
    No:453 DD Sports and Ch No:114 DD National have to telecast all those
    programmes which are being telecast by Doordarshan as per Supreme Court
    of India decision,but I have observed that when there is any sports
    event of circket or of any sport you shift to your sports channels and
    ask for payment of Rs 60/ which is against the spirit of the Judgement
    and violation may harm your channel.

  4. My subscriber Id: is 1000078056. I have recharged an amount of Rs. 6160/- on 21/07/2017. Till 03/08/2017 my package was Annual South Mega SD Pack. After renewing my subscription on 21/07/2017, i had put in a request to your customer care that once my present Annual South Mega SD Pack expires on 03/08/2017, against my recharged amount of Rs.6160/- paid on 21/07/2017 ,you should change my package to Annual Ultra Pack with Malayalam and Tamil being the two free regional channels. Your customer care informed me telephonically that my above request has been taken on record and automatically my package will be changed from 04/08/2017. Presently i am abroad and will be returning only after 3 months and at present contacting over phone will not be practically possible and accordingly i had sent an email to tatasky@tataskyhelp.com on 01/08/2017 ,reiterating my above request and further today i forwarded the same email to contact@tatasky.com , which is self-explanatory.Kindly change my package as per my above request,which was confirmed to your customer care telephonically on 21/07/2017, and infact a few days prior to that i had made a request to your customer care to the above effect, which they confirmed to me will be adhered to. However i find you have not yet changed my package, which is not proper,especially when i have made a request to you already.On receipt of this message atleast,please do the needful and confirm on my email.
