One of the most versatile actors of Bollywood, the most appreciated and the one who loves to experiment with challenging roles. The one and only, Rani Mukerjee. Her choice of films has been phenomenal since day 1 and she never hesitated to take up something thinking it wouldn’t work. Her roles truly define her as an actor. 1.Ghulam (1998)
In spite of facing a few difficulties while dubbing for her voice in Ghulam, she continued working for it since it was her one of the 1st big films alongside Aamir Khan in her initial years.

2. Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998)
Rani or should we call her Tina Malhotra? The role of a famous chic from Oxford University was not an easy one to pull off. She faced afew problem while dancing when they were shooting the song ‘Koi Mill Gaya’ but used to practise a lot and finally made it through.

3. Hum Tum (2004)
The romantic comedy opposite Saif Ali Khan was a semi hit film. It came in as a film which gave Rani limelight as a lead actor. The film became very famous in India and overseas.

4.Veer- Zaara (2004)
Playing the role of a lawyer in such an intense film is not an easy job. In Veer Zaara, Rani played the role of a Pakistani lawyer for Veer Singh (SRK) that involved a lot of hard work. Rani was highly praised for her role by the national and international critics alike.

5. Black (2005)
Rani achieved a lot of success for portraying a deaf, blind and mute woman in the acclaimed drama Black alongside Amitji. It has been one of her best projects till date. Rani gained a lot of recognition for Black.

6.Paheli (2005)

8. Mardaani (2014)
Shivani Shivaji Roy of Mardaani is a role that not everyone can pull off. The film is one of a kind and so is Rani’s character in the film. Challenging herself and performing on screen as a police where she tries to solve the problem of human trafficking was a real task. The issue has increased a lot in the last few years.
